Scenario
It follows Morgan, a single mother of three, and thanks to her exceptional mind, she is able to help solve a crime when she reconstructs evidence during her shift as a janitor at the police department. despite her very high IQ, excellent memory and extensive knowledge of arcana, Morgan knows that anyone who has watched a legal TV show should not make a series of errors fundamentals of law.
Admissible in court
In the first episode, for example, she retrieves a document from a locked safe in the suspect’s law office – the victim’s office – evidence that would never be admissible in court – illegally obtained evidence. Nor could it be used to obtain other evidence—”the fruit of the poisonous tree”; Violating the legal principle of In episode 2, she has to be reminded to wear gloves before handling evidence at the crime scene, and in #3, she removes all documentary evidence from the police station, completely breaking the chain of custody and further destroying everything he removed.
